Understand your booking status
- Request saved
- Your details are recorded. Nothing is charged and no booking or dispatch is confirmed by saving alone.
- Quote accepted
- You have agreed to the exact price and confirmed coverage, including any separately approved extra fuel. Accepting is not payment.
- Payment verified
- Our server has verified payment with the provider and confirmed the paid booking. A checkout redirect or pending payment is not verification.
- Awaiting dispatch
- The paid booking is waiting for technician dispatch. Payment alone does not mean a technician is travelling or guarantee arrival.
- Dispatched
- Technician dispatch is confirmed on your private receipt. GPS location and an estimated arrival appear only when the technician shares them; estimates are not guarantees.
- Completed
- The job has been marked completed. Live tracking has ended.
