Can I request more than 5 litres?

Yes, you can request additional fuel, but it is not included in the $99 standard package. We disclose a separate additional-fuel price and require your explicit approval before charging anything extra. If no extra price has been set, call 040 FUEL NOW; no payment can be taken for that request yet.

Do you tow vehicles or fix mechanical problems?

No. We deliver fuel. If the vehicle will not start after fuelling, you will need a separate mechanic or tow provider.
