Name the level and the bay
If you are in a multi-level car park, tell us the car park name, the level, and the bay number or nearest pillar marking. Without this, a technician could spend a long time searching. Take a photo of the sign beside your bay if it is safe.
Do not move the car. A car left where it stopped is easier to find than one pushed somewhere new.
Vehicle access and height
Some car parks have height restrictions. Tell us if your car is a van, a tall vehicle, or a ute with a roof rack, and whether the entry has a height sign. We cannot promise access to any particular car park; access is checked on the call.

A car that has already been started needs that fact recorded during booking; a fuel delivery is not a substitute for assessing the wrong-fuel situation.
Empty tank, rather than wrong fuel: choose emergency fuel delivery and confirm the fuel the vehicle actually takes. The $99 total package includes up to 5L within the standard 30 km Doncaster service area. Additional litres need a separate disclosed price and your approval.
