Saved request, paid booking, dispatch

• Saved request: you gave us details. This does not confirm a booking or dispatch.
• Paid booking: verified payment is recorded and the booking is confirmed.
• Dispatch: a technician has been confirmed as travelling to you. You can see this on your private receipt.

We do not guarantee an arrival time. Any estimate shared is an estimate only and can change with traffic, distance and demand.

Prices

• Wrong fuel removal: standard price $449. The launch discount is $50, so the eligible total is $399. See Promotion terms.
• Fuel delivery: $99 includes mobile dispatch and up to 5L of fuel within 30 km of Doncaster.
• Additional fuel above 5L is quoted separately and only charged if you approve it first.
• We assess the job before quoting. If we cannot help we will say so.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate details, keep your vehicle somewhere safe, and do not start an engine after wrong fuel. In danger or fire, call 000.

Consumer law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services are provided with due care and skill. We make no other guarantees about outcomes or vehicle condition beyond those the law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.
