Two names, two suburbs

Manningham Council's suburb listing identifies Templestowe Lower and Templestowe separately. If a sign, an app, or a saved address says one and you assumed the other, mention both. A driver who says Templestowe when the pin sits in Templestowe Lower can send a technician to the wrong place.

The simplest fix is to give a street name and number or a cross street, then add the suburb as the second detail rather than the first.

Check the address, not the memory

Open the map app on your phone and read out the suburb it shows at your blue dot. Then read the street. If the suburb on the map differs from what you expected, tell us exactly what the map says.

If you are in a car park, read the full address of the centre from a sign or receipt. Do not guess; an incorrect address wastes time.
